Refund Policy

Since every FannKari product is handmade with care, we don’t usually offer refunds or exchanges unless the item you receive is damaged or not what you ordered.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a short video, and we’ll do our best to replace or resolve it quickly.

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

We don’t accept returns for slight imperfections or variations in colour or pattern — these are natural characteristics of handmade art that make each piece one-of-a-kind.
